Intro
K7's website had evolved organically over the years, with new content continually layered onto an ageing foundation, resulting in a site that no longer reflected the brand or served its users effectively. I was brought in by the Lead Designer to support key areas of the project.

We began by auditing and restructuring the information architecture, untangling years of ad hoc additions to create a clear, logical framework for the site's content. From there, we mapped out detailed user flows to understand how visitors would move through the experience, ensuring every pathway felt intentional. Wireframes followed, allowing us to define and sign off on content hierarchy before any visual design decisions were made.
To explore the visual direction, we developed three distinct homepage prototypes, each presenting a different branding approach. These were user-tested with key stakeholders, giving us real, informed feedback to guide the final creative direction.

With the chosen brand direction confirmed, I translated it into a comprehensive atomic design system, building from the reusable components, consistent tokens, and scalable patterns. This ensures we can easily scale and stay consistent as the website scales.
